Project 1 - Convert the shop space....
This project gave a well-used building a completely new purpose. Once an apartment over a working shop and art space, the structure was transformed into a comfortable, light-filled home of its own, allowing the owner to stay close to family while having a space designed around how she lives. We worked within the original footprint and structure to create new living spaces, an accessible primary suite, art studio and guest space, and outdoor living areas overlooking the property—all while carrying details from the main house into the new home.

Project 2 - Porch addition, exterior updates and a new bath...
This renovation expanded the home’s living space while refreshing its exterior character. A new rear porch creates a comfortable connection to the outdoors, while new columns and an updated paint palette give the exterior a more cohesive, refined appearance. On the second floor, an existing exterior balcony was enclosed and incorporated into the home, allowing the adjacent bathroom to be enlarged and fully renovated. The result is a more spacious and functional interior paired with thoughtfully updated outdoor living areas.
